Can I pay by cheque?

Yes - please use the paper booking form to book and send your cheque in to the Gilwell Park Activity Centre.  Information leaflets for groups (rather than individuals) will be sent out during March if you don't receive one please contact us and we'll send one to you directly.

What do we need to bring?

A tent for when you get tired. Spare change of clothes (for those muddy activities),  suitable activity clothing, food or money to buy food, event passport, consent forms, swim wear and towel. You should also arrive at Gilwell wearing the top half of your uniform.

When is Gilwell 24 next year?

Gilwell 24 is normally the second weekend in July.  We will list confirmed dates here for future years events.  If you are organising a longer camp or planning to travel internationally please let us know and we'll do our best to confirm full details for you.

Can we arrive on Friday night?

This year we are offering a £35 package (rather than the standard £28 package) for participants who wish to arrive on Friday night. The standard leader fee is now still £12. Friday night you will be able to get your basecamp setup and meet some of the other groups before getting an early night - or not depending on your unit. The 24 cafe and food outlets will be open for some of the evening. We will also be running some activities and competitions for those of you that want a headstart. The Disco and other entertainment will also be available.
